Idea of the week: Amazing Race, for your city. This one's self-explanatory, but imagine all the mechanics of an escape room - hidden clues, several rooms, set of clear objectives, access to hints if needed - scaled up into a city-wide race. Make it a half day event, 100 teams, $200/team. Once you figure out what worked/didn't work, rinse + repeat across other cities.
