Heidi is the founding Director of the National Stewardship Action Council (NSAC). With over 30 years experience being a leader in the solid waste industry, Heidi is one of the nation's top experts on producer responsibility and product stewardship.

In addition to NSAC, Heidi is an elected Board Member on the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Board, the nation’s sixth-largest, community-owned electric service provider with over 2,200 employees, and was the former Executive Director for the California Product Stewardship Council.
